Connacher Recycled Fibres Process

At Connacher, the journey of transforming raw materials into high-quality recycled fibres begins with the arrival of bundled raw materials at our factory. These materials are meticulously sorted and loaded onto a robotic system, which efficiently processes them through a series of cutters and metal detectors to ensure purity and safety. Once cleared, the materials are blown into storage bins and expertly blended to achieve the desired consistency.

The next step involves an intricate process where each drum, equipped with thousands of pins like teeth, opens up the fibres, preparing them for the final stages. The fibres are then compacted using a bale press, accurately weighed, and dispatched to our storage facilities.
