Our rigid foams are designed for weight reduction and noise reduction in key areas such as headliners, bonnet liners, and outer dash insulators. Mouldable foams maintain their shape even under heat, making them ideal for complex automotive applications. In addition, high-density foams effectively reduce noise and vibrations, ensuring a quieter and more comfortable drive.

In terms of lamination, we use a high-speed 3-in-1 flame laminator to laminate three layers—foam, scrims, and vinyl—in a single pass. This process allows us to produce high-quality laminated components efficiently. CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) capabilities also allow us to cut 2D and 3D foam shapes, laminate vinyl and cloth, and sew and assemble various soft trim components as per customer requirements.
